When you engage with Stream Money, the contracting entity depends on the product/service you use:

Payment services / FX / remittance / transfer of virtual assets: contracted with Snowcap Financial Ltd

Your applicable contracting entity will be confirmed in your customer agreement and/or service terms.

3) Jurisdiction restrictions – UK and US digital asset limitation

Stream Money does not onboard customers in the United Kingdom or the United States for any form of digital asset services, including (without limitation) crypto asset services, OTC trading, digital asset custody, or related digital asset services.

If you are visiting this website and you reside in, are located in, or are otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of the UK or the US, you warrant, represent, and acknowledge that:

Stream Money is not in a position to service your digital asset needs, and
you will not attempt to access, request, or use any digital asset, crypto, OTC, or custody-related service via Stream Money.

We may implement controls to restrict access from certain jurisdictions; however, you remain responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations.
